Community Programs

Comanche Trail Church family is a community friendly church with different ways of helping our neighbors.

The Improve Your English program meets Tuesday evenings corresponding to the school calendar. IYE is available to anyone who wishes to become more fluent in the English language. Students are from Burma, Mexico, China, South America, Russia, Viet Nam, etc. The emphasis in the program is one on one study of English with the Bible as a text.

Comanche Trail has a long standing benevolence program that services people with food and some financial help. The program is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 2-4 P.M. Funding for the program is through the church budget and gifts from generous individuals.  Much of the food is acquired from the local Food Bank.

The Comanche Trail Church building is used for community voting in local, state and national elections. Community non-profit organizations often use the building as a meeting place. Boy Scouts troop 72, Foster Parent’s Association, 4-H club, and other groups meet at Comanche Trail. Our desire is to be good neighbors.
